New looks for my book.

The view from a high point after a 20min walk, just the other side of Bear Mountain, NY. Had an
interesting reminder of how fortunate I am - that I could see this beautiful vista. There was a man
hiking up the trail as I was on my way back down. He was blind and held tightly to the shirttail of
the man with him. Wow. And, he was doing better than I on that trail!
We take a lot for granted.

I was out enjoying the warm sunny day and checking out my new 105 micro Nikkor lens and this guy just walked right into my shot. It was my last shot so I didn't even see him until I got back and opened the files on the computer. I guess other living things may have spring fever too. Or he just wanted to see who was photographing his home without permission. Enjoy!

Get out this spring. Just don't walk this close to the tracks!
