Ok people, get ready for a rant...
This is part of what I despise most: Disappearing History! Yes, this is one of the last real Drive-In-Movie places I know. The land is being cleared to make room for... you've guessed it... Condos!
What a great place we live in. America - The land of houses. Stop the madness. We are on a VERY fast track to self destruction. It hurts me to see everything I grew up with being bulldosed to make room for ugly condos and ticky-tacky houses. Did anyone ever stop to think that we may need some of this land for say... Food or Trees! We are about to loose over 4300 acers to development in New York's Adirondacks.
Take a vacation quick. It will NEVER look like this again.
A tree is just a big weed anyway (that makes oxygen for us to breathe). We can buy what we need from China. They work as fast as they can so we can consume everything in our paths.
Yes, this includes me... I am ashamed.

The days are getting colder. I go to the Peekskill Coffee House for my mocha fix and look what I find.
Wow, it's almost Halloween! I need to look at the calendar more often.

I love walking in NYC. I feel a kind of energy, inspiration, freedom. No matter how tired I am, when I hit the street, my eyes open.

Our friend Harrigan Bowman created this. Is it Art? That depends. Some may think it is. Others may not. I think its just fun. Now I can wash it! Sorry its gone forever.
