The purpose of my music photo project is to raise awareness about what drives the musician. Why do people devote their lives to writing, playing, and performing? Why do they struggle to survive as a working musician?
What I'd like to capture is the passion, the driving force, the little bug in your soul that makes you be a musician. Where do you go to make your music? Do you take it out to the world? Do you keep it to yourself? The moods, the visions, the emotions are all things I want the viewer of these images to truly feel. I want them to see the passion, energy, hysteria, confusion, depression, elation and power an individual goes through when the music takes hold of their soul.
